The Importance of Post Cycle Therapy after a TRT Cycle
When injecting Testosterone for TRT there are a few side effects that effect your natural production of hormones. The first is that your natural production of testosterone will shut down. It can take up to 2 months after your last testosterone injection for your body to start producing testosterone naturally again. When you raise your testosterone levels with TRT injections your estrogen also increases. If you were to just stop taking testosterone without PCT then your estrogen would stay elevated and your natural testosterone would be at zero or low for up to 2 months after your last shot. Other hormones like Sex Binding Globulin Hormone (SBGH), Folicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH), gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) are all effected also. We need to get them back in balance and the following protocol is how we do it at Dream Body Clinic.
Dream Body Clinic PCT Protocol
The PCT protocol starts 2 weeks after your last injection of Testosterone. If you used the Dream Body Clinc TRT Program then this would be your last shot of Bayer Primoteston or Aspen Sustenon.
Starting at 2 weeks post TRT = Inject 0.5ml of Ferring HCG intramuscular. Then inject the remaining 0.5ml 2 days later. You will repeat this until all 3 boxes of Ferring HCG are finished. So it is an every other day protocol.
Starting at 2 weeks post TRT = Take 1 AstraZeneca Nolvadex daily after breakfast or whenever in the day is convenient for you. You will continue this daily for 30 days. The Nolvadex is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) and will help get your estrogen levels back to normal.
Starting at 5 weeks post TRT = Take 2 Clomid daily after breakfast for 1 week. Then drop to 1 Clomid per day after breakfast for 1 week. Clomid is a Selective Estrogen Receptor modulator (SERM) like Nolvadex, but much more powerful and helps bring back natural testosterone production like HCG.

The whole Dream Body Clinic PCT cycle takes 4 weeks. This has been shown to be very effective at bringing back natural testosterone production while also getting all of your other related hormones back in order. We cannot recommend a PCT cycle highly enough after a TRT cycle. This will get your Testosterone levels as high as naturally possible.
